About the District Manager position
We are looking for an experienced District Manager who will help to strengthen the links between the headquarters and assigned district’s branches. Your duties will include helping branches stay up to date with company policies and ensuring focus on increasing sales and building productive customers’ relations.
You should have a hands-on approach and should be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

District Manager responsibilities are:
- Work together withÙ« report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market shareÙ« improve customer experience and drive growth
- Help the headquarters and the area’s branches to maintain their ties by making regular visits and interacting with management
- Manage operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
- Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence to the clients
- Build and support a strong team of committed branch managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan
- Oversee the performance in all projectsÙ« ensuring they are executed profitably and in compliance to standardised business practices
- Use innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition

District Manager requirements are:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a District Manager or other relevant position
- Significant experience in business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Good ability to sellÙ« manage and drive growth
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- BA or MA degree in Business Administration
